Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Troubleshoot and analysis of problems with major systems such as VMware, storage systems, Windows and Linux systems.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networking and connectivity issues.
• CompTIA Network+ or higher.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers, workstations and networked systems.
• Create, repair and manage user accounts, permissions, groups, Active Directory and access controls.
• Implement security controls, patch systems, manage protection and monitor vulnerabilities.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switches and other network services. Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, requirements allocation of hardware and software specification.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, verify recovery procedures, and document incidents through submission of deliverables.

SAICseeksa highly experienced and energeticSenior System Administrator to support the US Space Force, Space Systems Command, in performing operational maintenance and sustainment of ground-based radars critical to US and Allied strategic missile surveillance, warning, defense, and space surveillance missions. In support of the government customer, the SAIC Program Manager, and the Chief Engineer; theSystem Administrator is responsible fortroubleshooting and repairofhardwaresystems that require the integration of diverse and complex components.This position is located onsite in Colorado Springs and requires frequent domestic and international travel with limited notice.

Job Duties

• Familiarity with Risk Management Framework and STIG Implementation.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
