We are seeking a Senior System Test Tools Developer for a contract position in Troy, Michigan. This role offers the opportunity to design and develop advanced testing solutions, working with automotive communication protocols and system test automation tools in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop testing solutions using LabView and TestStand
• Develop and maintain test automation tools and frameworks
• Work with automotive communication protocols including CAN, Automotive Ethernet, and LIN
• Implement and troubleshoot Ethernet and TCP/IP network configurations and switches
• Develop and test A2B and Analog Audio implementations
• Write and optimize code in programming languages such as Python, C++, and CAPL
• Support customers and provide on-site technical assistance as needed
• Document testing procedures, solutions, and technical findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams on test development initiatives

Qualifications

• Required
  • High level of proven development experience in LabView and TestStand
  • Proven experience with programming languages including Python, C++, and CAPL
  • Proven experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, Automotive Ethernet, LIN)
  • Proven experience with Ethernet, TCP/IP, and network switches
