Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in system testing, QA, or related roles.
• 4+ years leading or managing a test engineering team.
• Experience testing hardware-integrated systems, cloud services, and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement system test strategies, methodologies and plans for hardware, embedded software, cloud services and mobile apps.
• Manage, mentor and grow a team of test engineers.
• Oversee design, development and execution of test cases, scripts and procedures.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering and compliance teams to align testing with product goals.
• Drive adoption of test automation to improve efficiency and coverage, especially for cloud/mobile apps.
• Provide clear reports on test progress, results and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, tools and methodologies.
