Job summary

Glydways is seeking a System Test Engineer to develop rigorous, repeatable tests for integrated autonomous transit behavior and production acceptance. You will translate product goals, safety needs, and system requirements into concrete test scenarios, executable procedures, and clear conclusions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics or related field.
• 4+ years of system test, systems integration, or production acceptance experience.
• Experience designing/ executing system-level tests with clear acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Deliver test reports for system verification and validation.
• Develop system-level test scenarios, procedures, and acceptance criteria for autonomous transit features and workflows.
• Create and maintain End‑of‑Line (EOL), production acceptance, and post‑rework test procedures for vehicles and subsystems.
• Execute and oversee tests across simulation, lab, vehicle, test‑track, production, and project‑site environments.
• Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and customer acceptance criteria.
• Define pass/fail criteria and document configuration, logs, observations, and evidence.
