General Purpose:
The Senior System Technician is a technical role responsible for hands‑on IT support, system maintenance, and standard deployments. This position requires working knowledge of Microsoft Windows technologies, networking fundamentals, and strong troubleshooting skills. In addition to handling service and incident requests, the Senior System Technician plays a key role in providing operational support for escalated issues—working closely with other Senior System Technician, customers, and cross‑functional teams to resolve complex technical problems and ensure seamless on‑site service delivery. This role also supports the onboarding and implementation of new facilities, including deploying infrastructure, configuring systems, and ensuring technology readiness to meet organizational standards and operational requirements.
This position can be based out of our corporate offices in Scottsdale, AZ or Reston, VA.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 annually
