U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Information Security System-Level Risk Analyst to lead complex system-level and residual risk evaluations across applications and technology environments. You will guide mitigation strategies, collaborate with owners and security teams, and help mature the System Level Risk Assessment program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in information security risk management.
• Hands-on experience with complex risk assessments.
• Strong knowledge of security controls, design, and mitigation.
• Experience communicating residual risk to technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of governance, policies, standards, and risk frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills across engineers to executives.
• Experience mentoring and leading a team.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex system-level and residual risk assessments for high-risk applications and environments.
• Evaluate security controls, design, and effectiveness to determine overall risk exposure.
• Identify gaps and provide actionable risk-based recommendations and mitigations.
• Partner with owners, technology teams, and stakeholders on outcomes and remediation.
• Mentor analysts and support maturity of the SLRA program.
• Provide oversight across assessment activities and improve processes.
