U.S. Bank is hiring a Senior Information Security System-Level Risk Analyst to lead risk assessments for critical applications and environments. You will partner with owners and tech teams to evaluate controls, identify gaps, and guide remediation strategies.

As the senior risk authority, you will mentor analysts, shape risk methodologies, and support the growth of the System Level Risk Assessment program while collaborating with governance and information security partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information security risk management experience in technology, cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience conducting complex risk assessments and communicating residual risk to stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of security governance, standards, and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex system-level and residual risk assessments for high-risk applications and environments.
• Evaluate controls, design, and effectiveness to determine risk exposure.
• Identify gaps and provide risk-based remediation strategies.
• Partner with owners and teams to discuss outcomes and remediation approaches.
• Mentor analysts and support maturation of the SLRA program.
• Provide oversight across assessment activities and drive process improvements.
