Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 6 years of work experience in development, testing and deployment of consumer electronics/embedded systems.
• 3 years of experience in technical leadership.
• Experience in embedded systems, operating systems, and power processing.

Responsibilities

• Drive system power design optimized for battery life and thermals.
• Analyze and optimize the hardware and software interlock across SOC components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on battery, charging and fuel gauge solutions and own system validation for charging.
• Validate for power consumption, develop tools and tests for validating and monitoring power consumption.
• Provide inputs to architecture teams on new SOC and system features to improve power.
