Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of enterprise network administration/engineering experience.
• Hands-on VMware vSphere administration.
• Direct NetApp SAN storage management experience.
• Experience with Cisco UCS hardware.
• Experience managing 100-200+ virtual servers in a data center.
• Deep knowledge of server OS, Active Directory, and security standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex tech to non-tech.
• Willingness to travel for conferences or projects.
• On-call availability for critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, monitor, and upgrade core server infrastructure.
• Manage virtualization and storage to ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with IT Manager for planning and business case justifications.
• Maintain technical and procedural documentation.
• Support IT policies, security, DR procedures, and asset management.
