Belay Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our intel team in the Baltimore/Washington area. The System Engineer (Program Integrator) will assist PEO leadership and Program Managers in establishing and maintaining acquisition baselines, monitoring program health, and reporting on initiatives to minimize cost and risk.

The ideal candidate holds TS/SCI with polygraph, 15 years of relevant DoD experience or equivalent certifications, and strong communication and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 15 years of DoD program management/contract/financial management experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• In lieu of degree, PMP/CPCM/DAWIA III plus 3 years related experience or two additional years without certification.
• Interpersonal, writing, and oral communication skills at all levels; tact and diplomacy encouraged.
• MS Excel experience with pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Belay Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our intel team. The System Engineer (Program Integrator) shall assist PEO leadership and individual Program Managers in establishing and maintaining the acquisition baselines for programs through the monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. Perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks while verifying initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
• Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor’s Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required
• In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted
• In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of twenty (20) years may be substituted
• Possess well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels; consistently exercise tact, discretion, diplomacy, and elicit team synergy is preferred
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is preferred to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts
• Trained in the Lean Six Sigma Program is a bonus

Salary Range: $168,000 to $240,000
