Job summary

Navarro Research and Engineering in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking a System Engineer to support machining center installations and production operations, with a focus on configuration management, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The ideal candidate holds an ABET-accredited BS in engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience, and a Q clearance is required.

Qualifications

• ABET BS in engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience; MS preferred.
• Q clearance is required for consideration.
• NRC/DOE regulated environment experience is desirable.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support machining center installations and ongoing production operations.
• Perform configuration management, paperwork, troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
• Interface with clients, production, and support teams in a nuclear setting.
