This individual shall be responsible to lead complex projects, optimize systems for maximum performance and reliability, and implement security measures to protect organizational data. The Senior System Engineer will serve as a technical mentor to junior staff and collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives. Additionally, the role includes developing and enforcing best practices for system management and contributing to strategic IT initiatives. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.**Education/Experience:**High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in a field of study relevant to the current position is preferred.
