Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking a Senior System Engineer (iManage) to join our hybrid IT team in Boston. You will manage iManage integration, support attorneys, and drive efficiency across desktop operations.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted tooling, PowerShell automation, and robust Office 365 administration (Entra ID, Intune). On-site twice a week; salary up to $140k with bonus.

Qualifications

• We will not consider applications without iManage experience.
• Law firm experience is preferred.
• Strong NetDocuments or iManage administration experience.
• Office 365 administration, including Entra ID and Intune.
• PowerShell scripting and automation proficiency.
• SQL coding skills.
