Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a System Design Engineer in the System Product Team to develop NVIDIA GPU/Tegra based products for GPU cards, MGX servers, automotive, robotics, and more. You will work with peers to review designs and optimize circuits for performance and cost, under system architect guidance.

The role requires a strong background in PCB design, lab tools, and Linux/Windows environments, with excellent verbal and written skills.

Qualifications

B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
10+ years of proven board design experience.
Strong analytical skills including PCB design and review.
Experience with lab tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
Comfortable working in Linux and Windows environments.
Strong verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

Review board designs and collaborate with other design engineers on product solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance cost, performance, and schedule under guidance of system architects.
Document the release process for manufacturing and partners.
Optimize/invent circuits and functions for better performance and lower cost.
Improve the design flow with the infrastructure team.
