Job summary

CI&T is seeking a System/Solutions Architect to design and implement complex back-end software solutions focused on system integration in retail environments. You will work with a multicultural team across the USA, Brazil, Colombia and the UK, communicating in English to translate business needs into robust technical architectures.

You'll lead SOA design, RESTful and SOAP APIs, guide development teams, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security practices, while staying

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in software development and architecture for scalable back-end systems.
• Proficiency in .NET (C#, .NET Framework/Core) and SQL Server.
• Experience with Azure cloud for deploying integrated solutions.
• Strong SOA knowledge and RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with database performance tuning.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable back-end software for system integration in retail environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Evaluate tools, technologies, and processes to enhance integration efficiency and software quality, with a focus on .NET.
• Ensure solutions conform to enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Lead architectural documentation, diagrams, and SOA design patterns.
• Work with development teams to implement SOAP and RESTful APIs.
• Conduct architectural reviews and ensure quality and performance.
