Job summary

Conceras seeks a USMC System Analyst in Arlington, VA to support the Readiness Branch by forecasting readiness, producing monthly reports, and coordinating data-driven presentations.

The role emphasizes forecast modeling, data analysis, and collaboration with government and contractor personnel; the candidate should be highly analytical, a fast learner, and able to work with minimal supervision. A SECRET (Active) clearance with ability to obtain TOP SECRET is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related field.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong database and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with forecast modeling and reporting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Candidate will work closely with company, contractor personnel, and Government personnel to conduct operational activities and must work well in a team environment.
• Technically capable, fast learner, quality minded, adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work independent of supervision.
• Detail‑minded with an extraordinary work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the readiness forecasting model with updated information.
• Run excursions on the forecasting model in support of senior leader decision support.
• Assist in the improvement of the forecasting model in both ease of use and automation.
• Incorporate other areas of reporting into the forecasting model and monthly readiness reporting.
• Support a realignment of headquarter operations and assist in training of personnel.
• Pulling data, creating reports, assisting with graphs and narratives
• Coordinate conferences and assist in preparation of presentations
• Conduct research and analysis
• Assist with design and development of readiness data briefing books
