Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years on Windows and Linux system administration and architecture.
Experience gathering requirements, researching options, and recommending solutions.
Proficient with Windows Server (2016+), RHEL 7+, cloud infra (Azure/AWS/GCP), Tomcat, IIS, SQL Server, and monitoring tools.
Strong knowledge of network LAN/WAN, firewalls, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

This position provides technical support for COTS packages for the Management and Budget side of DTMB.
It performs system administrator tasks: install/configure on Windows and Linux, gather requirements, research options, and recommend solutions; ensure security.
It collaborates with vendors, customers, and other tech areas to deliver projects on time.
It maintains COTS applications and configures changes for SAAS products.
