Senior Business Systems Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking a technical ERP lead to bridge the gap between Finance and IT by managing the Infor Lawson environment and architecting the migration to Infor CloudSuite FSM. You will own the technical configuration of financial modules, lead the transition to the Landmark platform, and optimize ION workflows to drive enterprise-wide efficiency. This is a systems-focused role designed for an expert who wants to shape the future of a major ERP transformation.

What You’ll Own

Maintain and optimize financial systems, including accurate GL entries, system balancing, module closings, and account reconciliations.
Develop and maintain process flows, workflows, and documentation to support financial operations and audits.
Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure systems, and implement solutions.
Serve as primary liaison with vendor support and internal IT teams for system issues and upgrades.
Manage system access, permissions, interfaces, and security controls.
Lead or support system upgrades, migrations, and integrations, including transitions to Infor CloudSuite FSM.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support for financial systems.
Assist with reporting and regulatory filings, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement across financial operations.

What We’d Like

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Progressive years of relevant experience in accounting and financial systems, with hands-on exposure to Infor (Lawson) Financials or similar ERP platforms, including GL, AP, budgeting, or related modules.
Background in supporting & improving financial system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, with a focus on Infor (Lawson), and familiarity with BI tools is beneficial.
Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite FSM and system migrations.
Skilled at building strong working relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful outcomes.
