Job summary

HCL Global Systems Inc is seeking an experienced Principal Systems Analyst with a fintech and electronic trading systems focus. You will apply 10+ years in systems analysis, drive project delivery, and craft technical documentation for complex trading platforms.

You will analyze data, write SQL queries (KDB+/Q advantageous), model architectures, and collaborate across teams in AWS/Linux environments. Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence and BI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Systems Analysis, Project Management, and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets, Brokerage, and Electronic Trading Systems.
• Hands-on SQL experience and large dataset analysis; KDB+/Q a major plus.
• Experience with system architecture, workflow diagrams, data modeling, and distributed systems.
• Working knowledge of AWS/cloud environments, Linux/Unix, and SDLC tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools, CI/CD pipelines, and AI developer-assist tools.
