Qualifications

• Ten years of experience as a System Administrator or similar SA role.

• Additional SA experience may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for IT systems.
• Manage daily activities of IT configuration and operation.
• Support day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for network and server devices.
• Configure and manage Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems.
• Assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
• Analyze and resolve complex system problems.
