Responsibilities

• Develop system design specifications and documents for solutions meeting system and security requirements.
• Define specifications for databases, networks, security, storage and software configurations.
• Create, test and maintain highly available environments for enterprise systems resiliency.
• Plan application implementation, enhancements and changes with staff.
• Develop system documentation and operational procedures.
• Provide assistance to support staff and resolve IT issues.
• Design reports, audit trails/logs and security mechanisms.
• Implement and monitor IT quality assurance standards.
