Job summary

Fracht-Group is seeking a Senior System Administrator to lead the development of internal RMM systems, security procedures, and documentation. You will handle advanced system administration, Tier 3 escalations, and collaborate across teams to strengthen IT infrastructure.

The role requires 5+ years in systems administration, with 2+ years of endpoint management, and experience with Azure, M365, Intune, and security practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems administration, incl. 2+ years owning endpoint management.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with Azure, M365, Intune, MFA, Defender, DNS.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with MSPs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead NinjaOne RMM and Intune as technical lead.
• Design and operate patching program for workstations and servers.
• Own Windows Autopilot provisioning and baseline.
• Build automation layer with PowerShell and scripted remediations.
• Monitor system health, performance, capacity, and configuration drift.
• Drive security standards and ISO 27001 readiness.
• Mentor junior admins and develop runbooks.
