A Secret clearance is required and some travel may be needed. The role emphasizes hands-on operations in a fast-paced environment with 24x7 system availability and potential after-hours work.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years in relevant roles, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret clearance is required prior to start.
• Experience with Windows and system hardening; scripting preferred.
• Experience in helpdesk operations, ticket troubleshooting, and audit logs.
• Willingness to work onsite in a fast-paced environment and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT systems administration in Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity to maintain security requirements and processes.
• Document IT procedures and train staff on advanced processes.
• Support 24x7 operations and occasional after-hours work as needed.
• Travel to other US domestic locations up to 10% as business needs dictate.
