Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a system administrator or similar role.
• Certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, Azure, AWS, VMware are preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for project work.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows and/or Linux server environments.
• Manage AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, IAM, and directory synchronization.
• Oversee storage, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and backup/DR.
• Implement security standards, patching, hardening, and monitoring.
• Provide Tier III incident and problem resolution for escalated issues.
• Lead upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.
• Manage cloud environments such as Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS.
• Develop documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Networking, Security, Helpdesk, and App Support.
• Perform capacity planning and system improvement recommendations.
