Innovative Systems & Solutions in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a Senior System Administrator to support DoD IT infrastructure. The role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and 10+ years of SA experience, managing UNIX and Windows environments.

You will provide Tier 1–2 support, monitor operations, perform capacity planning, and collaborate with government personnel to ensure system integrity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Minimum 10 years of System Administrator experience in related programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of SA experience may substitute for a degree; 5+ years of Systems Engineering may substitute.
• Strong experience troubleshooting complex IT systems; UNIX and Windows admin experience.

Responsibilities

About the Role

The Senior System Administrator will support theimplementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT)systems. This role is responsible for managing system infrastructure andensuring reliable day-to-day operations across client, server, storage, andnetwork environments.

The salary range provided is a general guideline. ISSIconsiders several factors when determining compensation, including the role’sresponsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and current marketconditions.
