Job Details

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain the ongoing reliability, performance, management, and support of the SAP systems environment, including Administration, Sales, Distribution, and other areas.
• Administer applications and systems, respond to problems, and plan for growth.
• Understand technical infrastructure standards and requirements for SAP module integration and design application architecture specific to SAP technologies.
• Support integration of changes across test, pre-production, and production environments, including migration tasks such as change request review, software build coordination, release documentation, and issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance and execute contingency plans in case of outages.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide Level II support to the Help Desk.
• Implement SAP services, including installations, updates, and patches.
• Develop processes and oversee upgrades and patches for the enterprise SAP system.
• Travel domestically up to 5% of the time.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a SAP Systems Administrator, Architect, or related role.
• Experience with SAP Suite of products, including ECC, CRM, GTS, and others.
• Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP technologies like Ariba, Biztalk, SAPBTP, etc.
• Knowledge of operating systems including Windows Server, HP-UX, AIX, Unix, Linux, and databases like Oracle, MS SQL, SAP HANA.
• Experience managing large SAP systems with databases over 10TB and 25+ application servers.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 5%, fully remote position.
