F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Vice President of Syndications to originate, structure and distribute broadly-syndicated bank transactions within Commercial Banking.

The role oversees marketing materials such as memoranda and pitchbooks and builds cash flow models in collaboration with relationship managers and credit teams. The position requires strong communication, analytical and multitasking abilities, with 5 years of related experience and a BA/BS.

Formación

• BA or BS degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of job-related experience.
• Experience with syndicated finance and related processes.

Responsabilidades

• Originates, structures and distributes broadly-syndicated bank transactions.
• Oversees creation of offering memoranda and pitchbooks; builds cash flow models.
• Collaborates with relationship managers, credit administration and clients.
• Leads due diligence efforts and assesses risk/return of financing.
• Manages deal execution, including term sheets, proposals, and negotiations.
• Oversees marketing materials, market studies, and syndication strategies.
• Maintains knowledge of external news and industry trends.
• Performs additional duties as assigned; adheres to risk management policies.
