Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 5 years of related experience required.
• Experience in syndicated finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review new business opportunities with MD and teams; participate in sales calls.
• Lead due diligence with financial models and risk/return evaluation.
• Structure transactions; prepare term sheets and proposals.
• Develop relationships with participating banks and assess credit appetite.
