Responsibilities

• Lead a team supporting syndicated loans closing and servicing.
• Review complex legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Execute loan closing, funding, booking, and servicing activities.
• Resolve loan closing issues with necessary involvement.

Skills

Commercial Banking experience

Agented Loan Syndication

Knowledge of syndicated loan products

Hands-on experience with AFS, ACBS, or Loan IQ

Education
