Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of submarine construction, test, operations, or planning experience.
• Ability to read system diagrams and engineering drawings.
• Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) preferred.
• System engineering capabilities and familiarity with EB policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical project management for SWS/SWSS during construction, test, and integration.
• Coordinate weekend/alternate work week schedule and ensure readiness across departments.
• Interface with senior leadership on scheduling, performance, and problem resolution.
• Build and refine project schedules to support ship certification and key events.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in construction and test activities.
