Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of lighting and gear jobs from approval to completion.
• Collaborate with sales, estimating, accounting, purchasing, and warehouse teams.
• Provide quarterly updates to management on project status and financials.
• Direct, train, and evaluate Project Coordinators and junior staff.
• Act as primary decision-maker for escalated issues and customer complaints.
• Manage risks, change requests, and competing priorities with sound judgment.
