Job summary

JDC Power Systems, LLC is looking for a Senior Switchgear Engineer for their Dallas area office. This pivotal role involves the design and execution of low- and medium-voltage switchgear systems critical to power applications. Candidates must possess deep experience in switchgear design and project support, along with leadership capabilities.

You will take ownership of complex switchgear lineups and be the technical authority during testing and commissioning phases. The position also requires collaboration with manufacturing and field service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in switchgear design or application engineering.
• Demonstrated experience with complex switchgear systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and application of switchgear systems.
• Define and validate bus configurations and breaker schemes.
• Support and guide development of control schemes.
