Job summary

Circet USA seeks a Senior Switch Engineer (Samsung OEM) to integrate, deploy, configure, and maintain switching systems in our telecom network, ensuring efficiency per project requirements.

Responsibilities include integrating switches/routers/servers, configuring systems, troubleshooting, testing, documenting work, and providing technical support to customers and teams. 7+ years in telecom with Samsung OEM experience and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in telecom with Samsung OEM experience.
• Strong knowledge of Samsung OEM hardware and network switching/routing.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Verizon networks and GSM/UMTS/4G/5G integration.
• Mentoring and training of junior engineers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and deploy switching systems, including switches, routers, and servers, per project requirements.
• Configure and maintain switching systems with up-to-date software and security patches.
• Troubleshoot network issues, analyze data, and identify root causes.
• Test and optimize networks for peak performance.
• Document all work accurately and maintain records.
• Provide technical support to customers and teams.
• Lead team meetings and provide project updates.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide skill development.
