Weston Jewelers is seeking an experienced Watch Technician to join our Watch Service Center at Weston Town Center. The ideal candidate has extensive technical knowledge, exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of service and craftsmanship.

You will inspect, diagnose, service luxury Swiss timepieces, perform movement overhauls, case polishing, testing, and maintain precise repair records while working at our Weston, FL location.

Formación

• Minimum of five years of professional Swiss watchmaking experience.
• Professional watchmaking training and/or recognized watchmaking certification.
• Experience servicing luxury Swiss timepieces.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and quartz watch movements.
• Experience with complete movement services and overhauls.
• Diagnostics, regulation, water-resistance testing and quality control.
• Attention to detail and craftsmanship, able to manage multiple repairs.
• Brand-specific training or certifications from leading Swiss brands is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, diagnose and evaluate mechanical and quartz luxury timepieces to determine service needs.
• Perform a full range of watch services, from battery replacements to complete movement overhauls.
• Disassemble, repair, clean, lubricate, reassemble and regulate movements.
• Polish and refinish cases and bracelets; replace crystals as needed.
• Test and quality-control completed work for functionality, timing and water resistance.
• Maintain detailed repair records and track service progress.
• Identify parts and assist with inventory of tools and components.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and service standards.
• Communicate technical or authenticity concerns when appropriate.
• Serve as a technical resource and participate in training for certification.
• Maintain a clean, organized Watch Service Center.
