Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION is seeking a senior technical leader for SWIFT and payments platforms in Quincy, MA. You will design, implement, and operate secure, scalable processing and messaging solutions in a cloud-enabled environment.

You will drive architecture decisions, lead engineering standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technology. Strong audit and resiliency experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• 12+ years technology experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Experience supporting SWIFT, payments, treasury, or financial messaging solutions.
• Azure cloud platform and modern DevOps practices experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022, payment networks and financial regulations preferred.
• Willing to learn Swift network interface software including Linux and cloud/tandem apps.
• Swift business knowledge is a plus.
