NYC Alliance Company LLC is seeking a Senior Sweater Designer to lead the creative vision for sweater lines within our Walmart team. You will drive seasonal concepts from inspiration to execution, blending market trends, customer insights, and technical expertise to create commercially successful collections that align with Walmart’s brand strategy.
Lead the design process from concept development to final production, overseeing a team and ensuring designs meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- Senior designer experience in retail with a strong portfolio across categories.
- Expert knowledge of design software and fashion trends.
Responsabilités
- Develop and lead sweater design concepts aligned with Walmart brand strategy.
- Collaborate with product development and sales to translate concepts into viable products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.
- Create technical sketches, specs, and presentations for production.
- Guide and mentor the design team through the full design process.
