Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, textile design, or related area.
• 3+ years? (Flexible) experience in apparel design, garment construction, or related area.
• 5 years’ experience in apparel design, garment construction, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present detailed seasonal design concepts using sketches and presentations.
• Apply expertise in color theory, fabric selection, print execution, and fit to create high-quality products.
• Utilize CAD, 3D modeling, and AI-enhanced systems to produce prototypes and optimize workflows.
• Integrate market trends and customer feedback to inform design decisions and maintain brand consistency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure tech packs, sampling, and timely delivery of seasonal collections.
• Implement sustainable practices and continuous improvement to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
