Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- Senior designer experience in retail with a strong portfolio.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and fashion design software.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute design concepts, ensuring they align with the company's brand identity and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with the product development and sales teams to translate design concepts into commercially viable products.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor analysis.
- Create detailed technical sketches, specifications, and design presentations.
- Manage the entire design process, from initial concept development to final production.
- Ensure all designs adhere to quality and industry standards.
