Qualifications

• Fourteen years’ experience as a SWE in large, complex programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline required.
• Experience substituting 4 years for a degree may apply.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive design and performance specs.
• Design and code new software or modify existing software for features.
• Debug existing software and correct defects.
• Integrate software into new or modified systems.
• Develop data queries for databases or data repositories.
• Lead a software development team as appropriate to the process.
