Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking a Senior Sustaining Quality Engineer to lead NCR investigations, CAPA activities, and manufacturing quality improvements within a regulated environment. You will partner with manufacturing, engineering, and operations to resolve quality issues and drive root cause analysis.

This role focuses on end-to-end CAPA lifecycle, MRB support, data trend analysis, and mentoring junior engineers to uphold product quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
• 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Experience leading NCRs, CAPAs, and complex investigations

Responsibilities

• Lead complex NCR investigations and CAPA activities from initiation through closure
• Facilitate root cause analysis and develop effective corrective and preventive actions
• Provide quality engineering support to manufacturing operations and product sustaining activities
• Support MRB activities, product disposition decisions, and quality event management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on defect reduction, process improvement, and compliance
• Analyze quality data and identify trends to prevent recurrence of nonconformances
• Mentor junior engineers and act as a subject matter expert for investigations and problem‑solving activities
