• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or related field; 3 years in Change Controls, WI/QSP authoring, deviations and NCRs.

Responsibilities

• Process NCRs from documentation to closure.
• Execute complaint investigations with cross-functional teams.
• Follow deviation processes and implement corrective actions.
• Support CAPA activities and SCAR processes.
• Assist MRB activities and maintain quality metrics.
• Support internal audits and inspection readiness.
