Job summary

Bevi is seeking a Senior Sustaining Quality Engineer to join its manufacturing and quality team in the Boston area. You will lead quality initiatives, collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and field service, and drive proactive improvements to ensure product quality and reliability.

You will apply APQP, PFMEA, and quality-control methodologies, manage supplier changes, and deliver data-driven metrics to leadership. Travel up to 20% is expected, with a hybrid on-site schedule.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years minimum work experience as Quality Engineer or 2-3 years at a Senior QE level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience with APQP, PFMEA, quality control plans, PPAP, and root cause problem solving tools such as 8D.
• Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and perhaps international).

Responsibilities

• Lead quality team in product quality issue identification driving design changes and ECOs on production products.
• Lead subject matter expert for Customer Care and Field Service to triage and resolve quality issues.
• Apply APQP framework to product, process, and supplier changes.
• Lead implementation and upkeep of quality processes (CTQs, PFMEAs, QCPs, MSA/GR&R, FAI, Ok2Ship).
• Generate and present quality KPIs to leadership and oversee supplier quality data.
