Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5–10 years experience may substitute
• Associate's degree required
• Technical degree in engineering/electronics preferred

Responsibilities

• Write, review and modify test procedures for troubleshooting electronic assemblies
• Troubleshoot difficult problems and instruct technicians in resolution techniques
• Develop test equipment and test assemblies to aid technicians in isolating problems
• Conduct research to resolve production difficulties
• Write ECPs to correct errors and resolve production issues
• Provide New Product Setup, Programming and Support, ECO and Process Improvement
• Be prepared for on-call/overtime to meet schedule requirements
• Lead and participate in team efforts to improve department performance
• Stay current with state-of-the-art technical issues through training and self-development
• Adhere to ethics, policies, and external regulations
