The Electrical Engineer I researches, plans, designs, develops, analyzes and tests a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including displays, sensors, processors, interface units and other electronic devices; circuitry components; analog and digital computers;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• PhD optional; Master’s degree optional.
• Specific degree field preferred: Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Training prerequisites within one year: ESD; Safety Training per Safety Dept.
• Entry level skills with schematic capture tools and basic electrical analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Perform design activities as assigned by supervisor.
• Produce preliminary reports and analysis.
• Produce preliminary schematics.
• Run validation testing.
• Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
