Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field with project delivery experience.
• Minimum 3+ years integrating sustainability frameworks into large-scale projects.
• Experience collaborating with developers, contractors, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability consulting engagements and act as primary project contact.
• Develop scopes, work plans, and resource allocations for projects.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements with deliverables.
• Present client-ready technical workshops and strategic recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and support business development activities.
• Provide sustainability guidance aligning environmental goals with project objectives.
