Job summary

Avsar Construction Development, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer III - Sustainability to lead technical and coordination efforts for sustainability-focused capital improvement projects.

You will work through planning, scoping, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout while liaising with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. The role requires 7+ years in project/construction management on large-scale facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project or construction management of large-scale commercial/public/educational facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, engineering, and project coordination support to Project Managers and sustainability teams across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Coordinate with project teams, architects, engineers, contractors, and SMEs to address requirements, design coordination, and implementation constraints.
• Review and coordinate design documents, submittals, RFIs, change orders, field orders, and other project documentation.
• Support resolution of technical issues and timely responses to RFIs with design professionals.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Construction Management, or a related field
