Job summary

Okta Inc. is seeking a seasoned sustainability data professional to own analytics, reporting, and automation for ESG programs.

You will build dashboards, ensure audit-ready data, and quantify cost savings from energy efficiency while supporting investor disclosures and regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in data analytics, strong visualization skills with Tableau and Excel, and experience with GHG accounting frameworks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of data analytics, visualization, reporting, and automation experience.
• Masters degree in sustainability and/or GHG accounting preferred.
• Experience with ESG frameworks and external disclosures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, automate and maintain user-friendly dashboards and reports to track sustainability metrics for internal and external reporting.
• Prepare audit-ready data sets and maintain traceable controls for assurance readiness.
• Own carbon analytics models to track, forecast, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions and environmental impact.
• Support Finance, Legal, and Sustainability teams with data for SEC and other public disclosures.
• Collaborate with IR, Procurement, and Engineering to turn data insights into actionable decisions.
