Ladders is seeking a Senior Sustainability Consultant to lead a portfolio of client engagements, guiding strategy, measurement, and reporting in a remote role across the United States. You will shape proposals, manage delivery, and translate complex sustainability challenges into actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of GHG accounting (Scopes 1–3), sustainability frameworks, and experience in emissions tracking, enabling clear client impact with strong project

Qualifications

• Master's degree in sustainability or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years experience considered.
• Expert knowledge of sustainability frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi, ISSB).
• Strong skills in sustainability consulting, project management, and client relationship management.
• Experience with Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas accounting.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting for sustainability assessments.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead a portfolio of client-facing sustainability engagements, providing strategic guidance and analytical support that helps organizations define, measure, and advance their sustainability goals. The position partners closely with clients and internal sales teams to shape proposals, manage project delivery, and translate complex sustainability challenges into clear, actionable recommendations. It is well suited for someone who combines sustainability consulting depth with strong project management, client relationship skills, and technical expertise in emissions accounting and reporting.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
