Job summary

DGL Consulting Engineers, LLC is seeking a Professional Surveyor/Project Manager to lead and review land surveying projects in Indiana. You will supervise staff, oversee QA/QC on boundary and topographic work, manage budgets, schedules and client deliverables, and contribute to service expansion for the firm.

The role requires a BS in surveying/geomatics/engineering tech and a licensed PS in good standing, with strong mentorship and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in land surveying, engineering, geomatics, or engineering technology.
• Professional Surveyor (PS) Registration in good standing where the assigned office resides.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA/QC review on office and field survey work including boundary, topographic, and right-of-way surveys.
• Assist in department operations to ensure client satisfaction and project profitability.
• Develop, train and mentor survey staff; supervise tasks and provide feedback.
• Manage projects including proposals, budgets, safety, schedules, quality control, invoicing, and delivery.
