The role requires Indiana PLS and strong client management. Responsibilities include directing field and office teams, coordinating with INDOT projects, maintaining quality control, and ensuring on-time delivery within budget. Licensure in nearby states preferred; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Indiana Professional Land Surveyor (IN PLS) in good standing is required.
• Licensure in adjoining states (IL, OH) preferred or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 5 years post-licensure experience on infrastructure projects.
• Experience supporting state/local government and INDOT preferred.
• Strong client and project management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead surveying operations in Indianapolis, with team leadership and growth focus.
• Identify, recruit, and train survey field and office personnel.
• Coordinate with crews, technicians, and other discipline leads on milestones.
• Oversee quality control programs and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively to determine priorities across clients and projects.
• Improve workflows and leverage technology to drive efficiencies.
